The introduction network behind an independent grants guide
At Energy Introductions, we combine deep financial insight, tech expertise, and business strategy to help ambitious companies move faster—with clarity and confidence.

What we do
Our job is to be so useful to the homeowner that the introduction is something they ask for, not something we sell.
The consumer platform exists to answer a question: does this household qualify for help with insulation, a heat pump, a boiler, solar or an EV charge point. It earns its traffic from organic search — no ads, no incentives, no prize draws, nothing bought in.
Around 270 homeowners a week complete a qualification and ask to be put in touch with an installer. They tell us their postcode, EPC band, benefits status, tenure, property type, heating fuel and the work they want, and they tick a specific box asking for an introduction.
That tick is the whole product. We are executing a request the homeowner made, not brokering a list, and we keep the evidence that they made it.
So each introduction goes to one accredited installer, under a signed data-sharing agreement, and is never released to anybody else. It is a smaller business than a marketplace. It is also a defensible one, for us and for the installer.

The timeline that matters
The scheme windows behind every feed
From our first engagement to becoming a trusted partner for growth-stage leaders, every milestone has shaped how we deliver impact today.

How we operate
Three standards we do not move on
Exclusivity
One introduction, one partner, permanently
An introduction is released to a single accredited installer and never released again. Not after thirty days, not to a second partner, not to a reseller. It is written into the agreement.
Consent
Evidence attached to every record
The consent version, the timestamp, the page the homeowner was on, and the exact purposes agreed to — including the separate tick asking for an installer introduction.
Honesty
Indicative numbers, published as indicative
We publish per-feed weekly bands rather than a single impressive aggregate, we label them indicative, and we ship no testimonials until we have real ones to attribute.

What partners get

Qualified at source
Postcode, EPC band, benefits status, tenure, property type, heating fuel and the work wanted — typed by the homeowner inside the enquiry they chose to submit.

Replacement policy
Dead, disconnected or wrong numbers are replaced when reported within ten working days. We do not replace an introduction because the homeowner chose someone else.

Signed agreement
A data-sharing agreement is signed before the first record moves. It names lawful basis, permitted use, retention, exclusivity and the replacement policy.

Weekly cadence
Introductions arrive on an agreed weekly cycle, capped to the capacity you told us about, so the flow matches the diary you actually have.
