Heat pumps — Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Heat pump leads for UK installers

Off-gas homeowners heated by oil or LPG can claim £7,500 for an air source or ground source heat pump plus a £1,500 off-gas uplift — £9,000 in total. The uplift runs until March 2027, and these homeowners know it.

The feed

Where our heat pump leads come from

Homeowners with no mains gas connection whose property is heated by oil or LPG, who have read what the Boiler Upgrade Scheme pays and asked to be put in touch with an MCS installer. Small volume, high job value.
Apply for a feed
  • Main heating fuel recorded as oil or LPG at source
  • Postcode and property type, so you can judge the survey before you travel
  • Tenure captured — the grant follows the property owner
  • Timestamp, so you know how fresh the enquiry is
Who it is for
MCS-certified installers registered for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme who want high-ticket off-gas work rather than volume.
What you get
A short, high-value queue of homeowners with a real deadline, rather than a long list of people idly curious about heat pumps.

£9,000
£7,500 grant plus the £1,500 off-gas uplift, until March 2027.

How our heat pump leads are qualified

The homeowner tells us their main heating fuel and confirms there is no mains gas connection. That single answer is what separates a £7,500 job from a £9,000 job, and it is captured before the enquiry reaches you.
Apply for a feed
  • Heating fuel: oil, LPG, electric, solid fuel or mains gas
  • Property type and EPC band where the homeowner knows it
  • Work wanted, so air source and ground source interest is separated
  • Consent evidence, including the tick asking for an installer introduction
Who it is for
Installers who lose money on surveys booked from enquiries that turn out to be on mains gas.
What you get
You arrive knowing the property is off-gas and the homeowner has already read what the grant pays.

Exclusive vs shared heat pump leads

Heat pump introductions are released to a single MCS installer under a signed data-sharing agreement. Given the volume, this feed is deliberately capped and closes to new partners in an area once it is covered.
Apply for a feed
  • One introduction, one partner, for good
  • Signed data-sharing agreement before the first release
  • MCS and Boiler Upgrade Scheme registration verified first
  • Dead, disconnected or wrong numbers replaced within ten working days
Who it is for
MCS installers who would rather have ten enquiries nobody else has seen than fifty shared four ways.
What you get
No price race with three other MCS installers on the same doorstep.

FAQ
How much is the grant actually worth?
£7,500 towards an air source or ground source heat pump. Where the property is heated by oil or LPG and has no mains gas connection, an additional £1,500 applies until March 2027, taking the total to £9,000. Biomass is £5,000 and air-to-air is £2,500.
Are you selling personal data?
No. The homeowner asks to be introduced to an installer and ticks a specific box to that effect. You receive the introduction they asked for, together with the evidence of them asking for it. We fulfil the homeowner's own request; we do not run a marketplace.
Where do the enquiries come from?
Organic search to our consumer grants platform. No paid ads, no social lead forms, no prize draws or incentives, no co-registration and nothing bought in. You can see the landing page and referring source on every introduction.
How much volume is in this feed?
An indicative 10 enquiries a week plus a standing book of around 110 homeowners. Both figures are indicative and are not guaranteed. This is a small, high-value feed and we cap partners per area accordingly.
What does it cost?
Rates are on application. Per-introduction and per-install structures both exist and are discussed on a call once we know your feeds, coverage area and weekly appetite.
What consent evidence arrives with each introduction?
The version of the consent wording the homeowner agreed to, the timestamp they agreed at, the page they were on, and the specific purposes they consented to, including the separate tick asking to be introduced to an installer.
Who is allowed to receive introductions?
ICO-registered companies holding the accreditation the feed requires, who have signed our data-sharing agreement. We verify accreditation before anything is released.
Can I pass an introduction on to another company?
No. The agreement prohibits resale, syndication and onward sharing. The homeowner asked for one installer, so the introduction stays with one installer.
What is the replacement policy?
If a number is dead, disconnected or wrong, tell us within ten working days and we replace the introduction. We do not replace introductions because the homeowner chose another quote or changed their mind.
Are you affiliated with any government scheme?
No. We are an independent guide to UK energy grants and an installer-partner network. Scheme names are used descriptively so installers know which rules a record was qualified against.
How do I apply?
Complete the application form with your company details, accreditations, coverage area and the feeds you want. Every application is read by a person, not scored by a form.
How long does onboarding take?
We aim to come back within one working day. Once accreditation is verified and the data-sharing agreement is signed, your first weekly release follows.
Which accreditations do you check?
It depends on the feed: MCS and Boiler Upgrade Scheme registration for heat pumps, Gas Safe for boilers, PAS 2030 or TrustMark for funded retrofit, MCS for solar, and NICEIC or NAPIT for EV charge points.
Can I take more than one feed?
Yes. Most partners take two or three. Tell us which on the application and we will confirm what is open in your coverage area.
Can I set a weekly cap?
Yes. Volume is agreed up front and released on a weekly cycle, so it matches the capacity you actually have rather than arriving in bursts.
