CF and SA weighted
First refusal for one or two partners

The feed
Where our Welsh energy leads come from
Owner-occupiers and private tenants across Wales asking which route pays for heating or insulation work. Warm Homes Nest, ECO4-Flex and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme all appear, plus a private-pay slice.
Apply for a feed
- Postcode, with demand weighted towards CF and SA
- Benefits status or low household income route
- EPC band, which gates the Nest route
- Tenure and main heating fuel
Who it is for
Installers working Welsh postcodes who can deliver under Nest, ECO4-Flex or the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
What you get
A small, specific feed in a market most networks treat as an afterthought.

How our Welsh energy leads are qualified
Warm Homes Nest requires that the homeowner owns or privately rents, holds a qualifying benefit or a low household income, and lives in a property at EPC E or below — or D or below with an eligible chronic health condition.
Apply for a feed
- Tenure: owner-occupier or private tenant
- Benefits status or low household income
- EPC band where the homeowner knows it
- Consent evidence, including the installer introduction tick
Who it is for
Installers who would rather not re-qualify every Welsh record by phone.
What you get
Records that already reflect the Welsh rules rather than English ones.

9 fields
Captured on every record, including consent evidence.
Exclusive vs shared energy leads in Wales
Welsh introductions are released to a single accredited installer under a signed data-sharing agreement. Because the feed is small, we take one or two partners and then close it.
Apply for a feed
- One introduction, one partner, for good
- Signed data-sharing agreement before the first release
- Accreditation and ICO registration verified first
- Dead, disconnected or wrong numbers replaced within ten working days
Who it is for
Welsh installers who want first refusal rather than a place in a queue.
What you get
A defensible position in CF and SA before anyone else takes it.

1 : 1
One introduction, one partner. Never resold.

FAQ
Which Welsh schemes sit behind this feed?
Warm Homes Nest is the lead funded route: own or privately rent, a qualifying benefit or low household income, and EPC E or below — or D or below with an eligible chronic health condition. ECO4-Flex and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme also appear, plus private-pay work.
Are you selling personal data?
No. The homeowner asks to be introduced to an installer and ticks a specific box to that effect. You receive the introduction they asked for, together with the evidence of them asking for it. We fulfil the homeowner's own request; we do not run a marketplace.
Where do the enquiries come from?
Organic search to our consumer grants platform. No paid ads, no social lead forms, no prize draws or incentives, no co-registration and nothing bought in. You can see the landing page and referring source on every introduction.
How much volume is in this feed?
Small, and concentrated in the CF and SA postcode areas. We take one or two partners for Wales rather than running an open network, so it is worth asking early.
What does it cost?
Rates are on application. Per-introduction and per-install structures both exist and are discussed on a call once we know your feeds, coverage area and weekly appetite.
What consent evidence arrives with each introduction?
The version of the consent wording the homeowner agreed to, the timestamp they agreed at, the page they were on, and the specific purposes they consented to, including the separate tick asking to be introduced to an installer.
Who is allowed to receive introductions?
ICO-registered companies holding the accreditation the feed requires, who have signed our data-sharing agreement. We verify accreditation before anything is released.
Can I pass an introduction on to another company?
No. The agreement prohibits resale, syndication and onward sharing. The homeowner asked for one installer, so the introduction stays with one installer.
What is the replacement policy?
If a number is dead, disconnected or wrong, tell us within ten working days and we replace the introduction. We do not replace introductions because the homeowner chose another quote or changed their mind.
Are you affiliated with any government scheme?
No. We are an independent guide to UK energy grants and an installer-partner network. Scheme names are used descriptively so installers know which rules a record was qualified against.
How do I apply?
Complete the application form with your company details, accreditations, coverage area and the feeds you want. Every application is read by a person, not scored by a form.
How long does onboarding take?
We aim to come back within one working day. Once accreditation is verified and the data-sharing agreement is signed, your first weekly release follows.
Which accreditations do you check?
It depends on the feed: MCS and Boiler Upgrade Scheme registration for heat pumps, Gas Safe for boilers, PAS 2030 or TrustMark for funded retrofit, MCS for solar, and NICEIC or NAPIT for EV charge points.
Can I take more than one feed?
Yes. Most partners take two or three. Tell us which on the application and we will confirm what is open in your coverage area.
Can I set a weekly cap?
Yes. Volume is agreed up front and released on a weekly cycle, so it matches the capacity you actually have rather than arriving in bursts.
