England — funded retrofit

Funded retrofit and ECO4 leads for UK installers

Where our funded retrofit leads come from

Owner-occupiers and private tenants who have told us they receive a qualifying benefit or have a low household income, and whose property sits in EPC band D to G. Warm Homes: Local Grant is the lead route; ECO4 and ECO4-Flex run alongside it until 31 December 2026.

How our ECO4 and funded retrofit leads are qualified

The homeowner answers the qualification questions inside the enquiry they chose to submit. Nothing is appended, inferred or bought in, and nobody is phoned for a second interview before you speak to them.

  • Postcode, so you can filter to your coverage area before you call
  • EPC band, the gate for Warm Homes: Local Grant eligibility
  • Benefits status or low-income route, stated by the homeowner
  • Enquiry timestamp, landing page and referring source
Who it is for
Installers who are tired of paying for a form fill with a name and a postcode, then burning a survey slot discovering the property does not qualify.
What you get
Fewer wasted surveys. You can triage on EPC band, tenure and benefits route before you pick up the phone.

Exclusive vs shared funded retrofit leads

Each introduction is released to a single accredited installer under a signed data-sharing agreement. It is not resold after thirty days, not syndicated, and not offered to three of your competitors at the same time.
Apply for a feed
  • One introduction, one partner, for good
  • Signed data-sharing agreement before the first release
  • ICO-registered partners only, accreditation verified first
  • Dead, disconnected or wrong numbers replaced within ten working days
Who it is for
Installers who have been burned by networks that sell the same homeowner to four companies and call it exclusive.
What you get
You are the only quote in the conversation, and you hold the record showing the homeowner asked for you.

FAQ
Which scheme are these qualified against?
Warm Homes: Local Grant is the lead route in England — privately owned or privately rented property, EPC band D to G, and a benefits or low-income qualification. ECO4 and ECO4-Flex run alongside until 31 December 2026, so records are tagged with the route that fits.
Are you selling personal data?
No. The homeowner asks to be introduced to an installer and ticks a specific box to that effect. You receive the introduction they asked for, together with the evidence of them asking for it. We fulfil the homeowner's own request; we do not run a marketplace.
Where do the enquiries come from?
Organic search to our consumer grants platform. No paid ads, no social lead forms, no prize draws or incentives, no co-registration and nothing bought in. You can see the landing page and referring source on every introduction.
How large is the England funded-retrofit book?
More than 2,000 qualified homeowners, with an indicative 150-180 new enquiries a week. Both figures are indicative and are not guaranteed.
What does it cost?
Rates are on application. Per-introduction and per-install structures both exist and are discussed on a call once we know your feeds, coverage area and weekly appetite.
What consent evidence arrives with each introduction?
The version of the consent wording the homeowner agreed to, the timestamp they agreed at, the page they were on, and the specific purposes they consented to, including the separate tick asking to be introduced to an installer.
Who is allowed to receive introductions?
ICO-registered companies holding the accreditation the feed requires, who have signed our data-sharing agreement. We verify accreditation before anything is released.
Can I pass an introduction on to another company?
No. The agreement prohibits resale, syndication and onward sharing. The homeowner asked for one installer, so the introduction stays with one installer.
What is the replacement policy?
If a number is dead, disconnected or wrong, tell us within ten working days and we replace the introduction. We do not replace introductions because the homeowner chose another quote or changed their mind.
Are you affiliated with any government scheme?
No. We are an independent guide to UK energy grants and an installer-partner network. Scheme names are used descriptively so installers know which rules a record was qualified against.
How do I apply?
Complete the application form with your company details, accreditations, coverage area and the feeds you want. Every application is read by a person, not scored by a form.
How long does onboarding take?
We aim to come back within one working day. Once accreditation is verified and the data-sharing agreement is signed, your first weekly release follows.
Which accreditations do you check?
It depends on the feed: MCS and Boiler Upgrade Scheme registration for heat pumps, Gas Safe for boilers, PAS 2030 or TrustMark for funded retrofit, MCS for solar, and NICEIC or NAPIT for EV charge points.
Can I take more than one feed?
Yes. Most partners take two or three. Tell us which on the application and we will confirm what is open in your coverage area.
Can I set a weekly cap?
Yes. Volume is agreed up front and released on a weekly cycle, so it matches the capacity you actually have rather than arriving in bursts.
